Cotton Patch Retreat
April 19 -22 2016
Our retreat is held at Future Farmers of America in Covington, GA.
Each person will have a long table, usually two or 3 tables will be connected together.
We are staying at the Pullman Lodge which is near the entrance, same building as the last
retreat. Your rooms will be assigned to you, please choose a roommate as there are 2 double beds in each room. If you don’t have a roommate, I will assign one.
The camp supplies each room with:
Two sheets for each bed
Pillow with case
Blanket
Two towels
Washcloth
soap
Most if not all rooms have a TV
We enjoy 10 home cooked meals, lunch and dinner the first day, and breakfast and lunch the last day, with all three meals Wednesday and Thursday.
Arrival times are anytime from 9 AM but before noon as our meal times are scheduled,
8AM, Noon, and 5:30 PM. Departure time is usually after lunch.
The building where we sleep has a kitchen with a refrigerator and micro wave in case you have special food requirements and want to bring something .
The cost for 4 days, 3 nights including meals is$ 165.00.
A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required when signing up.
If you need to cancel after full payment is made to FFA, you will get a refund only if a replacement can be found for you.
Full payment must be made by the March guild meeting.
