Fabric for quilts

Our Charity Bee creates and donates quilts throughout the year to many local charities.
Fabric should be in good condition, 100% cotton, and at least 1 yard in length.

Here are some of the wonderful quilts that were donated in May 2014.

New Equipment

The bee also accepts donations of rotary cutters/new blades, mats, rulers, notions and workable sewing machines.

Fabric for dog beds

We accept heavier fabric that can be used for dog beds.  These beds are donated to local animal shelters to help our furry friends be a little more comfortable.

If you have further questions about donating fabric and equipment to the Cotton Patch Quilters, please first read over How To Contact CPQ

Amazon Smile

Amazon.com makes it really easy to donate to the Cotton Patch Quilters!

Amazon donations are very easy.  Every time you make a purchase, a small percentage of that purchase accumulates into donations to CPQ.

Instead of going to www.amazon.com, go to smile.amazon.com.  It’s exactly the same website, except the regular Amazon website does not contribute donations.

In order to declare CPQ your charity of choice, you will need to login to you Amazon account and go to your account settings.  Under Shopping Programs and Rentals, click Change Your Charity.  Type Cotton Patch Quilters in the search box.  There are several similar names, so make sure you select the one in Athens, GA.   Click Select and that’s it!     You must always shop at smile.amazon.com or the guild will NOT receive donations from your purchase.

Kroger Plus Card

Kroger will donate a small portion of your purchase after you connect your Kroger Plus Shopping Card to the Cotton Patch Quilters!  Then, just scan your Kroger Plus Card when you are making your purchase at Kroger.   Anyone – friends, family, neighbors, your dentist, guild members, non-guild members, etc. – can do this!

This is done through the Kroger Community Rewards website.  Just follow the directions below to connect your Kroger Plus card to CPQ.

Cotton Patch Quilters has been assigned ID number BF362.
